SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 19 – Eretz Goshen Farms
sued San Diego-based Auto Cure
and two executives. But by the
time they served the suit, to
someone named Jose Lopez, Auto
Cure was already out of
business. They moved for
default judgment.
On
August 19, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Mary Kay
Vyskocil held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
One of the
executive appeared by phone
and said he is now essentially
homeless. Also that he doesn't
know anyone named Jose Lopez
who worked for Auto Cure.
Judge Vyskocil denied without
prejudice the motion for
default and told Eretz Goshen
Farms to do more diligence,
and file a letter in two
weeks.
The case is Eretz
Goshen Farms Inc. et al v.
Auto Cure LLC et al.,
19-cv-11213 (Vyskocil)
