Strike 3 Holdings, LLC has
filed a copyright infringement
case against John
Doe.
On October 13 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge Jed Rakoff scheduled a
proceeding. Inner City Press

In fact,
Strike 3 has filed two
separate cases, each against
an IP address. Its films are
distributed through the
Tushy,Vixen, Blacked and
Blacked Raw adult websites.
Judge Rakoff set initial
pre-trial conferences in each
for November 9 at 11 am.
