SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 4 – Richard Hill
was released from prison on
December 9, 2020 but, the US
says, nearly immediately
violated the terms of his
supervised
release.
On August 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a VOSR /
sentencing proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
The US said
Hill did not report to
Probation, did not participate
in inpatient substance abuse
and did not notify probation
of a change of
residence.
Judge Woods
sentenced Hill to four months
incarceration.
The case is US v.
Hill, 16-cr-396 (Woods)
