May 26 – Stacey Mercer sued
Food Passion Lexington Ave
Corp. under the Americans With
Disabilities Act. Mercer, "as
a result of a criminal act
perpetrated on her, is
paraplegic with no use of her
legs and limited use of her
left arm."
On May 26,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Ronnie Abrams held a
conference. Inner City Press

Judge
Abrams ordered that
depositions should be
completed by September 9, with
a post discovery conference to
be held on that date at 11 am.
