SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 19 – Keith Halliburton was
indicted in a narcotics
conspiracy.
On October 19 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff held a charge of
plea proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Halliburton was
pleading guilty to the lesser
included charge of conspiracy
to distribute.
He told Judge
Rakoff he had directed another
to pick up drugs in the SDNY.
Which county, he
was asked. Manhattan, he
replied. The sentencing is set
for January 24 at 4 pm.
