SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 3 – The owners
of Pharmalucence in Billerica,
Massachusetts sold it to Sun
Inc., along with agreement for
Milestone Payments that
weren't, they say, paid. They
sued.
On August 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
As the
case moved toward trial, COVID
has re-emerged.
Judge Woods told
the parties that now in the
SDNY, masks will be required
everywhere in the courthouse,
even for the vaccinated, even
for witnesses.
Talk turned to
online platforms.
The case is Alto
et al v. Sun Pharmaceutical
Industries, Inc., 19-cv-9758
(Woods)
