May 29 – Sherri Hine-McKenna
sued the Long Island Railroad
Company for slipping on
discarded wood debris buried
in dead grass while employed
as a Yard
Conductor.
On May 26, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a conference. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Abrams asked about the case,
then ordered that depositions
should be completed by August
31, with a post discovery
conference to be held on
October 7 at 2 pm.
The case is

Railroad Company, 22-cv-1649
