But CUNY Must Be Added in SDNY Case

SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 27 – Ayleen James sued
the Borough of Manhattan
Community College for
employment discrimination,
based on age and race. She was
an adjunct. She
sued.
On June 25, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
called in to cover it.
Judge Liman
said he would adding CUNY as a
defendant, and that they
should be served. He advised
the plaintiff where assistance
could be sought.
The case is James
v. Borough of Manhattan
