SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 27 – William F. Murray
filed a lawsuit against Church
Pension Group Services
Corporation - but entirely
under seal. It was called ABC
versus DEF.
On June 25,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
called in to cover it.
Judge Liman
asked both sides' counsel why
they had not acted on his May
27 order in the docket. Both
said they hadn't seen it.
A summary was
given, about Murray saving
CPGSC (according to him), and
filing a malpractice lawsuit
against one of the firm's
outside counsel, without the
consent of the Legal
Department.
The case is still
officially called ABC v. DEF,
21-cv-2228 (Liman)
