SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 2 – Carlos Javier Valez is
charged with bank fraud and
identity theft, posing as a
representative of a utility
company and demanding
money.
On November 2 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
change of plea proceeding.

The
complain described Javier
Valez at five ATMs, and says
the "five victims suffered
losses of $9,500."
Some $7000 is
being paid, under the
agreement. The plea was
accepted and the sentencing
will be March 8 at 3 pm.
