SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 14 – In a bankruptcy case
from the District of
Massachusetts, the issue of
perjury has arise and put the
case on
hold.
On November 12, U.S. District

District of New York Judge
Jed. S. Rakoff held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Rakoff said it appeared
that perjury occurred in a
deposition on November 4,
2021. He said the only way to
resolve it would be for an
in-person hearing, at which
the defendant but mostly the
Court could ask
questions.
In the
deposition transcript of
November 4, Daniel Glosband
jousts when he is asked, "Are
you interacting with Mr.
Schlichtmann right now?" He
says, "Not a bit. I'm looking
out the window. The leaves are
turning. It's a beautiful,
sunny day. And I would ahve to
turn way further left to see
Mr. Schlichtmann. Sorry. I am
not interacting with Mr.
Schlichtmann." Can you say,
