SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 19 – Robert McBride sued
C&C Apartment Management
LLC, which fired him after
ignored him complains of
harassment then putting him in
a negative light on social
media.
On June 17,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Ronnie Abrams held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
McBride wants
compensation - and the
negative social media removed.
Judge Abrams listened, and
then referred the matter for
possible settlement, or
pre-trial proceedings, to
Magistrate Judge Sarah
Netburn.
