SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 21 – In the
parking lot of BJ's Wholesale
Club in East Rutherford, New
Jersey, Maritza
Martinez-Caraballo was injured
by an unsafe condition. She
sued.
On July 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge
Koeltl said that fact
discovery should be completed
by January 21, 2022, with a
pre-trial order due by May 13,
2022.
