SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 4 – Village Square Pizza
at 118 Christopher Street has
been sued as inaccessible to
people in
wheelchairs.
On July 2, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Lewis J. Liman
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Liman said he'd read an
answer.
He said any
additional parties should be
added by August 2, with
discovery running through
April 15, 2022.
No jury trial is
requested; there has been a
referral to mediation.
