SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 19 – New York-based
Klauber Brothers, for the
theft of its lace designs, as
sued Urban Outfitters and
Anthropologie.
On August
19, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
complaints has photos of the
lace designs, and of the
dresses that allegedly use
them.
The case is

Anthropologie, Inc. et al.,
