SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 24 –
Cesar Trinidad Lopez and other
are charged in a narcotics
conspiracy involving six kilos
of fentanyl.
On January
24, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Engelmayer offered a
condolence to defense counsel,
and agreed to push the next
conference to April 5.
The complaint
includes a photo of a text
message in Spanglish, "No
espera que yo este ready con
eso... 10 oclock sharp, llega
a la direccion que te dije."
