photographer Peter Voelker
sued the Sies Marjan Archive
of Nancy Marks for copyright
violations, and underpayment
using the global pandemic as
an
excuse.
On November 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
A sales
channel was reopened under a
different URL. Counsel praised
Judge Failla as a "hot bench."
The case
was referred to Magistrate
Judge Ona T. Wang.
