International SRL has sued
Vital Pharmaceuticals and Bang
Energy for infringing on its
copyright to MXD branded
Margaritas, Strawberry
Daquaris, Mai Tais and Long
Island Iced
Teas.
On July 8,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties say
discovery will run to November
5. Judge Liman said he will
also refer it to a Magistrate.
The case is Mark
Anthony International SRL v.
Vital Pharmaceuticals, Inc. et
al., 21-cv-3683 (Liman)
