SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 11 – Davon Hawkins is
charged with being a felon in
possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .38 special caliber HWM
revolver.
On November 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The AUSA
pushed for a trial date. For
now, defendant's motion is due
by January 7, with a motion
hearing set for February 11.
