July 26 –
Christopher Chapman and Chris
John Beverage Corp. sued
Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of
NY for ending their
distribution agreement after a
claim Chapman had a verbal
dispute with a PepsiCo
warehouse supervisor resulting
in threats.
On July 23, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltlt held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl asked about the lack of
due process, and found
irreparable harm and a
likihood of success on the
merits.
He issued a
Temporary Restraining Order.
The case is Chris
