SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 27 – Monika Paulus was
employed as a personal
assistant to three members of
the Howard Marks family. She
has sued them for
discrimination.
On April 27, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defense lawyer previewed her
motion for summary judgment,
saying that Andrew Marks
should not even being in the
case, and that they are not
subject to the age
discrimination statute.
Judge Ramos
said that all discovery must
be completed by October 7,
when he will hold another
conference in the case.
