SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 24 –
Luis Salazar was hit in his
car on the Bronx River Parkway
by the vehicle of Jon Garofalo
of Connecticut. He
sued.
On August 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The case
was removed from New York
State court. Judge Woods, who
had chided the parties for not
meeting an August 17 deadline
to file a joint Case
Management Plan, proceed to
tell them that deadline are
real and will only be extended
for good cause.
The case is
