SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 22 – Michael Esquibel
sued Cision US, Inc. for
unpaid overtime. But then he
didn't want to be
deposed.
On July 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
After inquiring whether the
deposition would be by video,
Judge Liman ordered that it
should happen on or before
September 15.
The case is
Mikityuk et al v. Cision US
Inc. et al., 21-cv-510
(Liman)
