SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 7 –
Travelers Indemnity Company of
America sued Trisura Specialty
Insurance Company seeking
indemnification for an injury
to Anthony Scalone at 300
Lafayette Street on December
23,
2019.
On
March 7, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Paul A.
Engelmayer held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Travelers
sought a pre-motion conference
on its intention to move for
summary judgment.
Judge Engelmayer
asked if the defendant would
be cross-moving, and in any
event if the motion(s) failed
there would be issues of fact
to be tried.
The case is The
Travelers Indemnity Company of
America v. Trisura Specialty
Insurance Company, 21-cv-4327
(Engelmayer)
