SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 24 – Jodi Rouviere
sued Depuy Orthopaedics and
its parent Johnson &
Johnson for hip replacement
problems.
On
November 24 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Much of
the controversy is about an
allegedly conflict expert;
there are filings for
"selected parties" only about
on John Jarrell, PhD.
Judge Aaron said
these allegation around the
conflict are serious; defense
counsel marveled at being so
accused in this Federal
proceeding.
The case is
Rouviere et al v. Depuy
Orthopaedics, Inc. et al.,
18-cv-4814 (Liman / Aaron)
