SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 6 –
Songwriter Rachel Filsoof has
sued Andrew Cole, a producer,
for stalking and worse.
On April
6, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Naomi Reice Buchwald held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Filsoof
says Cole imprisoned her on a
cabin in California on
December 3, 2020, confiscated
her telephone, "threatened to
kill her and her puppy
dog."
Cole is now
subject to a misdemeanor
criminal proceeding, for
posting photographs taken
within 200 feet of Filsoof's
residence in Battern Park
City.
Now Cole does not
have a lawyer. Judge Buchwald
has given him time to find
one, while saying she will not
forget the case.
It is Filsoof v.
Cole, 21-cv-1791 (Buchwald)
