SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 8 – Marcos Delacruz was
ordered remanded to prison on
March 10 on alleged violations
of supervised released by U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl. On June
8 Judge Koeltl held a
proceeding and Inner City
Press covered it.
The
Assistant US Attorney, Sagar
Ravi, argued that Delacruz has
a record stretching back to
2006, on robbery. Delacruz
pleaded guilty to
Specifications 5 to 11, with
the government agreeing to
drop Specifications 1-4.
Judge
Koeltl sentenced Delacruz to
Time Served, with two more
years of Supervised Release.
The case is US v.
Tineo et al., 16-cr-262
(Koeltl).
