SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 23 – Sunlight Financial
LLC sued Samuel Hinkle for
violating a duty of loyalty
and stealing trade secrets.
On July 21,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Barbara
C. Moses held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered

Discovery
disputes have arisen.
Judge Moses
ordered that defendant must
provide plaintiff's expert
access to the Fu laptop. She
also set a schedule for
Muckleroy to be heard about
his Google Drive.
