SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 29 –
Vaeso sued High Peak Software
for alleged bugs in its
software.
On March 29, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Engelmayer held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defense said the software is
not defective. Judge
Engelmayer listened, then
called it a medium-complex
commercial case.
He said
depositions are due by July 15
- and he referred it for
settlement to Magistrate Judge
Robert W. Lehrburger.
The case is
Vaeso, Inc. v. High Peak
Software, Inc., 22-cv-1220
(Engelmayer)
