Covenant HDFC over the Third
Party Transfer
Program.
On August 6, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl told the parties they
could move the case forward if
they are willing to be
reasonable.
He said he
would prefer to supervise
discovery himself, rather than
outsource it to a Magistrate
Judge.
The case is Dorce
et al v. City of New York et
al., 19-cv-2216 (Koeltl)
