SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 11 – Brooklyn based
TBlue Enterprises contracted
to find a buyer for a
Florida-based business owned
by Assisted Living Finders:
Care Patrol Gulf Coast. But it
fell apart and a lawsuit
ensued.
On April 11, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Engelmayer held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
went and covered it.
Judge
Engelmayer listened then
granted the plaintiff until
April 15 to file an amended
complaint alleging diversity
of citizenship.
If that happens,
he will sign the case
management plan and refer it
to mediation.
The case is TBlue
Enterprises, Inc. v. Assisted
Living Finders, LLC, et al.,
22-cv-311 (Engelmayer)
