SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 9 – Gartner, Inc. which
hosted conference and events
worldwide has sued HCC
Specialty Underwriters, Inc.
over its insurance policy for
event cancellation amid
COVID-19.
On August 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Gartner also
wants to disqualify Norton
Rose Fulbright as defense
counsel.
Judge Koeltl
asked to hear more on that by
August 12, and said an Amended
Complaint if sue by August 23.
