Oct 18 – Chandra Barrett was
driving on the Cross Bronx
Expressway on May 2, 2018 when
a truck owned by Aspen
Landscaping Contracting Inc.
hit her car. She
sued.
On
October 18 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Gregory H.
Woods held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered
it.
Judge Woods told
the parties that the upcoming
evidentiary hearing would be
similar to some way to a bench
trial, but not identical.
The hearing
is on Defendants' motion to
enforce settlement. Among the
mentioned evidence are text
messages.
