SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Sept 27 – Seagrape Investors
sued Kaleil Isaza Tuzman and
other for fraud, over
investments in the Convento
Obra Pia Hotel and Resort in
Cartagena,
Colombia.
On
September 23, 2022, U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Ronnie Abrams held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Abrams asked questions,
including about subordination.
Then she denied
plaintiff's motion for summary
judgment and ordered that the
parties file a joint status
letter by September 28 on next
steps.
