SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 9 – Mirzo Atadshanov is
in jail and he has no molars.
But the NYC Department of
Corrections won't given him a
diet for people without
teeth.
On August 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman
said he was prepared to
address procedural issues.
He stayed
discovery pending resolution
of the DOC's motion to
dismiss.
The case is
Atadzhanov v. The New York
City Department of Correction
et al., 21-cv-5098 (Liman)
