SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 28 – Christian Zambrano
sued Strategic Delivery
Solutions for violations of
the Fair Labor Standards Act.
That was in 2015.
On June 23,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
While the defense
was pushing, as the NFL is in
at least two other cases, to
compel arbitration, in this
case Judge Ramos said his
decision on the pending motion
for conditional class
certification will come first,
then a subsequent conference
will be scheduled.
The case is
Zambrano et al v. Strategic
Delivery Solutions, LLC et
al., 15-cv-8410 (Ramos)
