SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 16 –
Southwest Marine and General
Insurance Company sued Erie
Insurance Company under its
policy issued to subcontractor
Nurzia Construction for an
accident as 12 Tappan Landing
in Tarrytown, NY on April 26,
2018.
On March 15, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge
Rakoff said genially that he
would be happy to extended
discovery, to May 27 - but not
to come back and ask for more
time, that would be it.
He set a trial
date of September 12.
The case is
Southwest Marine and General
Insurance Company v. Erie
Insurance Company, 21-cv-4869
(Rakoff)
