SDNY COURTHOUSE,
October 11 – Frank Mazzocchi
sued Windsor Owners Corp. in a
dispute about Tudor City, a
housing development next to
the UN. Among the claims is
that the management disallowed
feeding squirrels in the
adjacent semi-private park,
essentially in order to
gentrify.
On October
11, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Abrams said the parties should
file proposed findings of fact
by October 18, while also
addressing which motions in
limine are moot given the
ruling it will be a bench
trial without a jury.
The case is
Mazzocchi v. Windsor Owners
Corp., et al., 11-cv-7913
