SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 6 – Ruebin Kennedy sued
YRC Freight for a vehicle
crash on Boston Road in The
Bronx on September 21, 2021.
On July 6,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Paul A. Engelmayer
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The
parties indicated they will
try to resolve the case. Judge
Engelmayer approved their case
management plan and said
depositions are due by
September 30, with another
conference set for November 21
at 2 pm.
The case is
Kennedy v. Orochena et al,
22-cv-4073 (Engelmayer)
