SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 15 – Harry Rhulen sued
Glenn Goord for
defamation.
On August
13, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Lewis J. Liman held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
complaint says that "in a Form
8-K filed with the SEC on
October 12, 2018 Rekor
disclosed that Harry Rhulen
had been removed a President
of Rekor."
Judge Liman
remarked about SEC filings
being privileged.
The case is
Loughlin et al v. Goord,
