SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Oct 26 – Moby S.P.A. sued
Morgan Stanley, which
responded that Moby is abusing
the process on two continents.
On
October 26 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Gregory H.
Woods held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Morgan
Stanley is asking for
sanctions for what it calls a
frivolous move for the
temporary restraining order -
but is not seeking
reimbursement for its work in
pursuing the sanctions.
The case is Moby

al., 21-cv-8031 (Woods)
