Seawolf Tankers Inc. sued
Laurel Shipping LLC after a
contract to ship from the
Caribbean to Tanjung Pelepas,
Huizhou, China. Laurel didn't
pay.
On October
18, 2022, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Ronnie Abrams
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
The parties
requested an extension of fact
discovery. Judge Abrams
granted it, from October 30 to
December 30.
