SDNY COURTHOUSE,
April 24 – Three Brothers
Trading LLC has filed a
lawsuit to confirm an arbitral
award against Generex
Biotechnology Corp. But
bankruptcy hangs over the
case.
On April 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Katherine Polk Failla held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
A receiver
has written to Judge Failla,
describing its "discussions
with the remaining management
team of Generex" and
complaining that "unreasonable
demands are being made upon it
without any reasonable
assistance being offered."
The case is Three
Brothers Trading, LLC v.
Generex Biotechnology Corp.,
18-cv-11585 (Failla)
