SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 15 – Antonio Perez sued
Genesis Realty Group and 666
LLC which owns 666 East 181st
Street in The Bronx, for
failure to pay overtime - and
sometimes, failure to pay
wages at
all.
On August 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The case is
being settled, but the lawyers
wanted to keep a portion of it
under seal: the "confidential
settlement" of $7500, beyond
the $82,500 in the FLSA claim.
It's a release
"from the beginning of time."
The case is Perez
v. 666 LLC et al., 20-cv-5636
