March 22 –
Placement firm Snowbridge
Advisors LLC sued ESO Capital
Partners UK LLP for refusing
to pay the negotiated minimum
placement
fee.
On March 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge Jed
S. Rakoff held a a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
After
hearing of Blue Sky
registrations in Delaware and
other matters, Judge Rakoff
asked for papers by March 25
and set a final pre-trial
conference for August 9 at 4
pm.
