2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Edgardo Ramos held
a proceeding. Inner City Press

Judge Ramos
authorized the defendant to
file a 12(c) motion by July 15
- with a case management
conference in 11 months from
now on June 7, 2023 at 11:30
am.
