SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 3 – Roy Taylor sued the
NYPD and City for being beaten
by the
police.
On November 3 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The issue
was whether plaintiff's
medical and other records are
sealed or not. Judge Wood said
he would not rule on
hypothetical questions. Find
out about the medical records,
he said.
The parties
stayed on the line and discuss
it.
The case is
Taylor v. Trigeno et al.,
16-cv-1143 (Woods)
