SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 18 – Jeffery Thompson
is charged with being a felon
in possession of a firearm, to
wit, a .22 caliber Phoenix
Arms pistol.
On August 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis K. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Thompson is
in the Essex facility, and
does not have adequate access
to the discovery against him.
The
Assistant US Attorney is to
ensure enhanced computer
access, and the case is set
down for September 15 or
before, a possible change of
plea. Or, on to trial.
