SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 2 – Germany based Original
Antique Furniture made David
Moyal its exclusive marketer
in the US and Canada.
Then it kept
selling antiques on the
Internet.
On December
2, U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
Aaron held an oral argument.
Inner City Press covered it.
After what was
characterized as sophistry, a
schedule was set for a listing
of unsold furniture and
briefing on expectation
damages, with OAF to answer by
January 6.
The case is Moyal
v. Munsterland Gruppe GmbH
& Co KG, 19-cv-4946
(Aaron)
