SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 10 – Jesus Ruiz was a
handyman at 400 East 79th
Street and 401 East 88th
Street until he was fired,
according to him due to racial
and age discrimination.
On
November 10 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker held a proceeding.

Appearing
but saying he didn't know why
was one Scott Price, who said
he lives in Newburgh and never
in New York. Ruiz conceded he
may have served the wrong
Scott Price. Judge Parker
released him.
